One Pan Hawaiian Chicken

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is grilling and one of my favorite things to make is shish kabobs. Mid winter last year I was craving some Hawaiian Chicken shish kabobs so I improvised and came up with this. It has now become a family favorite, especially for this mama because it's fast and easy with minimal prep and minimal dishes ;)

These are the ingredients...yep, only 5 things!

Pineapple, Green Pepper, Red Onion, Chicken, Seasoning

Chop 1/2 a red onion, 1 whole green pepper, 2 cups of pineapple, and 1 lb of chicken breast. Layer the chicken on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle with pink salt & pepper then spread the chopped fruit and veggies on top.

I topped it with Flavor Gods Jamaican Jerk seasoning and some more pink salt but you could use any combination of seasonings you'd like.

Bake at 415 degrees for 30 minutes.

And Enjoy :)
