Fever Ease Herb Bath

A lukewarm bath can be helpful in bringing down a high temperature in times of illness. Catnip, Elderflower, & Chamomile make wonderful herbal allies to not only calm and relax the body but increase perspiration and relieve achiness. This is a gentle blend for infants & children but adults can use it as well. If you have Epsom salts on hand you can also add a handful of them to the bath for added support but it is not required.
